The mission for IGNITE 2025 is to bring as many people as possible together to hear the message of Jesus Christ and provide opportunities for people to respond to the Gospel. In addition, new friends will be connected to local partnering churches for follow up and Christian nurture, while strengthening the body of Christ in the process.
In May 2024, EMT launched its massive church relations campaign, with the goal of securing as many church partners as possible in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Allendale Counties in South Carolina. In addition, Effingham and Chatham Counties in Georgia, with the goal of immersing the Lowcountry in Prayer, Promotion, Training, and Participation. We believe the reach of the gospel will extend far beyond our region.

How Your Church Will Benefit
IGNITE 2025 is a year—long evangelistic campaign that will equip individuals to become Great Commission Christians who make to new disciples for the purpose of strengthening and growing the body of Christ. Leading up to the main event will occur a multitude of mini—events and training sessions that encourage relational evangelism and discipleship. EMT’s hope is that many souls will come to Christ during the crusade, and the local church will be unified in the process. Please see five ways your church will benefit through IGNITE 2025:
1. Evangelism—Discipleship Training
The greatest need in the Christian world today is evangelism training that will mobilize people to interact with the unsaved. Many people would like to share their faith, but they are either fearful or have never been taught how. Through EMT’s commitment to the local church, we are prepared to provide you with the tools necessary to form a new definition of success in witnessing, which will permeate and strengthen all areas of your Church’s life for the long—term.
2. Relational Evangelism In Action
Every day Christians have opportunities to share the Good News with people they care about. All Christians need an intentional plan of action for witnessing. EMT has adopted the crusade—time evangelism training from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) called “I Am Andrew.” This relational approach to evangelism will provide a plan of action for Christians who seek to engage their non—Christian friends and invite them to the event, where they will hear the message of salvation. This relational approach for evangelism will extend to all your church activities.
3. Local Churches Unified
As your church partners with EMT for the IGNITE 2025 spring revival, there will be many opportunities to work together with other denominations to strengthen the body of Christ. Working together will foster unity between local church pastors and individual believers to reach the community for Christ. As churches pray together, train together, promote together, and participate together, walls of division come tumbling down, and the local church will shine the light of Jesus onto the non-believing world.
4. New Christians Attending Your Church
The potential for a multitude of persons making a life—changing decision for Christ at IGNITE 2025 is tremendous. During the year—long effort, there will be many follow up opportunities to connect new believers to your church. In addition, as Pastor Laurie gives the invitation to make Jesus Lord and Savior, many people will come forward to say ”Yes” to Christ, resulting in many lives, families, and churches being impacted by the gospel message long after the end of the crusade.
5. Spiritual Transformation
As churches come together for prayer and training, there is a powerful time of refreshment and spiritual transformation that takes place. Emphasis on relational evangelism and unity serves as a major catalyst for spiritual growth in your congregation. Revival begins in the heart of the individual Christian and spreads outward into the local church and community that you live in. We are better together.
